Anticode Partners terms

These terms cover the Anticode Partners affiliate program. By applying you agree to them, alongside the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.

Commission

Approved partners earn 35% of a referred customer’s first qualifying payment for an Anticode subscription. A qualifying payment is the amount the customer actually paid after discounts and credits, excluding taxes, and excluding any amount later refunded or disputed. Renewals and later payments don’t earn commission unless we tell you in writing that they do.

We don’t promise any level of earnings, and nothing is paid for impressions, clicks or visits alone.

Attribution

A customer is credited to you when they follow your referral link and then create an Anticode account, or start their first paid plan with an account that has never paid, within 30 days of that visit. If they follow more than one partner’s link, the last eligible link before they sign up or buy gets the credit. Attribution is decided on our servers from our own records and Stripe’s confirmation of payment; it can’t be claimed after the fact.

You can’t earn commission on your own account, an account you control, or a purchase you paid for.

Refunds, disputes and holds

Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment. A refund or dispute in that time reduces or cancels it. If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, the amount is taken off your next payout.

Payouts

Approved commissions are paid once your payable balance reaches $50. We pay to the payout account you add in your Partner dashboard. You’re responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and we may ask for tax or identity details before paying. A payout counts as made only once it has settled.

How you may promote Anticode

• Tell your audience that you earn a commission, clearly and close to the link, every time. In the US this is required by the FTC: something like “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” or #ad, not hidden in a profile or behind a “more” link.
• Describe Anticode accurately. Don’t promise results, earnings or features it doesn’t have.
• Don’t bid on “Anticode” or close variations in search ads, register look-alike domains or social accounts, or present yourself as Anticode.
• No spam, no incentivised or fake sign-ups, no cookie stuffing, pop-unders or auto-redirects, no buying traffic to your link, and no promotion on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.

Fraud and suspension

We review referrals for signs of abuse. We can hold, reverse or refuse commissions that break these terms, and suspend or end your participation, telling you why. Shared networks or locations alone are never the reason.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the program with 30 days’ notice by email. Either of us can end your participation at any time; approved commissions earned before then are still paid unless they break these terms.
